COVID-19/Coronavirus Response

Like all of you, we are closely monitoring the situation regarding COVID-19, the Coronavirus.

Ken’s Oil has taken a series of precautions that will protect the safety and health of our employees as well as our customers.

First and foremost, we have instructed all employees that show any symptoms to remain home and not come to our office or perform service or deliver oil to customers’ homes.

We have directed all employees that will interact with customers in their homes to keep a safe distance as directed by the CDC and to wear additional protective items to mitigate any contamination.  They have also been instructed to sanitize their hands prior to the entry of any customers’ home.

Additionally, we are making the following requests from our customers:

We ask that customers who have a sick family member or who have any member of the family that has recently traveled outside of the United States to please call and reschedule any non-emergency appointments.

Customers who wish to call to postpone any service scheduled by Jamie Oil
because of their own concern about the spread of COVID-19 should feel free to do so. There will be no cost or hassle to do this. Our staff is here to help and assist in any way possible.

We ask that customers please refrain from visiting our office. If you wish to make a payment, please call the office and we will be more than happy to assist you.

This is an extremely fluid situation and we will be monitoring developments extremely closely. As our State and Federal Government officials continue to make recommendations, we will take all appropriate actions at that time.
